Burgundy Knight (TTRPG Item)
A downloadable TTRPG item card
Hide your diamonds.
Hide your exes.
Burgundy Knight is an item adventure seed/fragment for tabletop role-playing games (TTRPG) that I created for the Tiny Library: CCG Jam #5 (Item), which required the item to fit on a bridge-sized playing card. It is suitable for both a fantasy and science-fiction setting. For the latter it would work best in a metaverse or virtual reality simulation as the knight has magical properties but this could also be explained away with technobabble as there could be electronic devices built into it that enable it to function. The card can be used by a solo player or a group, with or without a GM. It is MOSAIC Strict.
The Burgundy Knight is a chess piece from an eye-catching set lost to time, its components scattered and forgotten. The knight is carved from red jasper and is accented with small emeralds that form its eyes.
Experimentation will help you to fine-tune its special skill: the ability to find what has been hidden in a room, a passage, or even a cave.
This package contains PNG files of the front and back of the card, as well as a text-only document for those who would like an accessible version.
